CEI is committed to and expects a “Zero Injury Workplace”. We believe all injuries can be prevented and have implemented policies and practices to achieve this objective.

  • 3/19/04 to 9/7/05 - no recordable incidents

  • 6/2/06 to 1/4/08 - no recordable incidents

  • 1988 to 2006 - no lost time accidents

  • 2/26/06 to present - no lost time accidents


    CEI is proud to announce its receipt of the National Maintenance Agreement Policy Committee's award for achieving 210,000 recordable incident free man-hours at the ConocoPhillips Billings Refinery. The award was presented by the committee in a celebration in Washington, DC on October 29th.
